3. Service Agreement and Scope

3.1 Service Commencement

Services begin upon execution of a separate service agreement and receipt of initial payment. These Terms supplement any specific service agreement.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business and product information
• Maintain adequate inventory and fulfillment capabilities
• Comply with TikTok's terms of service and community guidelines
• Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and registrations
